The aim of this plug-in is to detect when there is a specified duration of digitial silence through Winamp's output and allows for restarting the current track and a few other actions (as shown in the screenshot to the right). A common use for this plug-in is when you're listening to a stream and it cuts out and Winamp will just do nothing in an attempt to reconnect to the stream (if it still exists).
